On September 26, 2020, as usual, we received an inquiry for carbon steel flange. below is the client’s first inquiry:
“Hi,11 PN 16 for different size.I would like some more details. I look forward for your reply.”
I contact the clients ASAP,then the client sent an email, we quoted the offer through email .
I inquired about the customer’s demand for our flange in detail, but the client just said that he was interested in the price of our well neck flange en 1092-11 PN 16 flange in different sizes.
I began to plan to sort out some flange prices of common sizes for the customer and send them to the customer’s mailbox. Because the time difference, I received an email from the client the next day saying that he satisfied with my quotation and asked me to send her samples .
Next, I prepared the sample and sent it to the client. Everything went well.
After one week the customer gave a new feedback. She said that she had received the sample and satisfied with our sample. She was ready to purchase a container of carbon steel flange from our company.
Within half a month after receiving the inquiry, I received the customer’s order.
I am very honored to get the trust of clients in a short time.
